Do you accept returns? : All orders are cut to order. Please be sure to contact us before you place an order if you have questions. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  If you need changes made, please message us!

How long does my order take to ship?: Please allow us 5 business days to ship your order.  You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped!

Who do you ship through?: We only ship through USPS. 

Do you need help applying?: If you're local, we'd be happy to install. If you're not local, please don't hesitate to message us. 

Unsure of the color you need?: NMDecalPlug offers a wide range of high quality vinyl for you to choose from. Please send us a message and we'd be happy to help!

I don't see what I'm looking for: We would love to hear from you and create your custom idea. If you don't see it, send us a message- WE WILL MAKE IT!
